Job Description

  • Responsible for implementing recruitment plans and personnel training, ensuring quality as required and consistent with the strategy of company.
  • Direct handling issues related to human resources.
  • Handle and ensure that employees comply with policies, appropriate regulations and implement policies for employees.
  • In charge of orientation process and training.
  • Co-ordinate with the heads of departments in the evaluation of the results and performance of employees, as a basis for orientation of employee development training.
  • Co-ordinate with other departments in the work related to the operation of the whole group when having a relationship on human resource management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration
  • At least 02 years of experience working in an equivalent position
  • Be proactive in work, have a high sense of responsibility.
  • Good organizational skills, extensive work and good time management.
  • Understand labor law, assertiveness, interview skills and candidate evaluation.
  • Fluently in English
