Employment Information

Job Description

Recruitment & Selection deployment

  • To implement recruitment programs, in line with the annual recruitment plan and the recruitment policy, in order to consistently and efficiently attract and select the right people.
  • Coordinate and execute local recruitment and selection programmes in line with local laws and regulations.
  • Select candidates using the most effective selection methodology based on functional requirements and business needs (Searching CVs, Screen CVs and application letters, Conduct interviews on the phone and face-to-face, etc,)
  • Coordinate the organisation of recruitment events like Internship program, employee branding...
  • Responsible for recruitment activities such as tests, assessment centres, recruitment update etc.
  • Deploy the recruitment processes and tools.
  • Prepare C&B package, offer letter and negotiate contracts as well as instruct personnel documents for the selected candidates in cooperation with line management.

Internal communication

  • To liaise with internal cross-functional employees in order to promote internal recruitment and development and to maximise efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Liaise with cross-functional employees.
  • Organise internal recruitment campaigns.

Recruitment co-ordination and optimisation

  • To administrate recruitment data and to regularly report to line management in order to increase the efficiency and quality of the recruitment operations.
  • Record all information of internal and external candidates like the resumes, benefits, salary.....
  • Write letters (refuse letter, interview invitation) to internal and external candidates.
  • Schedule recruitment calls, intakes, visits and interviews in cooperation with relevant functional management.
  • Making reports weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly as required and forward them to line management.
  • Identify bottlenecks and shortcomings in the recruitment process and programs, provide suggestions for improvement and feed back to line management.

HR Event & Administration

  • To support the implementation of HR event/ HR projects/ HR Administration from the early stage to the stage of completion.
  • Support management in the execution of internal/ external communication plans as well as translate all docs as required.
  • Participate in the development of programmes of HR project / HR event in line with the budget plan.
  • Assist management in organizing workshops, meeting, ceremonies and other events for publicity, fund raising and information purposes.
  • Liaise with the event team, regularly monitor deployment results.
  • In charge of preparing of brochures, reports and other materials of events/ projects.
  • Responsible for instructing the termination procedures for employees
  • Some other tasks are assigned by line manager. (Eg: raise shopping card...)

Job Requirement

Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications & Certificates

  • University or business degree, preferably in an HR related area
  • Or proven work experience (see below)

Preferred Experience and Knowledge  (number of years,  type of experience)

  • 1-3 years relevant HR and/or specifically recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of the business levers, processes and structures
  • Understanding of recruitment concepts and selection methodologies
  • Knowledge of transport industry; knowledge of labour market.

Necessary Technical / Functional Skills

  • Excellent interviewing skills
  • Good at English language skills
