Job Description

1. Training Organization

In charge of in Training class organization in terms of venue booking, class logistics arrangement, contract, payment, reporting, on-site support

2 Learning Culture Ambassador

- Champion selected learning culture activities as assigned by Line Manager, including but not limited to HO Library expansion, operations & administration

- Study & propose ways of enhancing learning transfer on the job via customizing training content with guidance from LM, or come up with new follow-up activities post-training for selected courses

3 LMS Management

- Play Key user role & Manage all aspects of the Learning Management System and other technologies used for learning (E.g e-learning).

- Responsible for developing new functionalities for LMS system via collaboration with IT & supplier.

4. E-Learning Content Developer

Responsible for deploying all & developing selected new e-learning courses/content for company-wide usage, via working with HRM-Training, relevant Course owners & vendor (E.g: develop SLC, coordinate to develop & deploy Values, CoC)

5. Learning Data Champion

- In charge of collecting, maintaining master data of all Learning & Development data & KPIs,

- Provide frequent/on-demand reports for Training

6. Functional Training Coordinator

- Responsible for coordinating & executing Functional capability development activities in line with company directions & priorities (ASM Academy, FLM Academy, etc.)

- Execute Finance professional certification sponsorship program operations (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CFA,) & identify opportunities to extend to other functions/subfunctions

7. TD Budget Controller

- Keep track of Talent Development budget, especially Training

- Ensure usage within AOP, follow company guideline, Factor into agency/venue price negotiations

- Provide frequent update on budget usage

8 Join relevant TD projects

Job Requirement

- Bachelor degree, preferable in HR, Business Administration, Management

- More than 01 year in HR with related experience in HR/ Talent Development

- Passionate in HR, especially in people development

- To be well-organized, details-oriented, resilient, communicative, teamwork

- Good learning agility and growth-mindset

- Good command of English

- Proficiency in MS, adaptive to Internet of things, system
