Job Description

  • Managing records and data for all employees
  • Tracking daily/ monthly working time. Presented monthly Timesheet and Pay roll. Opening bank accounts for staffs to pay salary
  • Preparing social insurance books for staffs when they have enough abilities to pay compulsory social insurance
  • Resolve regulations for laborers in accordance with the policy of the Law on Social Insurance (Annual leaves, sick leaves, maternity ...).
  • Handling payment of social insurance, health insurance. Presenting monthly, quarterly and annual reports on monthly and quarterly changes
  • Monitoring PIT procedures, tax finalization, annual tax refund for employees - Contacting, dealing with external agencies to solve related work
  • Suggesting the General Manager about rewards, disciplines, salary increases for employees in each case.
  • Setting KPIs, monitoring and evaluating staff capacity quarterly / Yearly
  • Recruitment: Posting recruitment notices, searching, screening, scheduling interviews, interviewing candidates (on request), reserving candidates and recruiting results ... v ... v ...
  • Establishment of regulations / welfare: Support to participate in the development of the Regulation on Salary, welfare policy; drafting of personnel decisions, labor contracts, appointment decisions, etc.
  • Managing and approving office administrative expenses. Planning and implementing annual leave for employees of the Company.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by GM Supporting other departments.

Job Requirement

  • 03 years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role
  • Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
  • Good understanding of labor laws
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Working Language : English or Chinese ,
