Job Description

Support payroll documentation & record maintenance process
Support the payment & documentation process of SMUI, Tax, Temporary Staff
Support PIT Finalization process with tasks including dependant tracking, documentation, etc.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees (gathering initial personal information and documents, collecting documents, etc.)
Manage intern documents & timesheet monthly
Support to update the employee database

Job Requirement

Able to work full time in 6 months (can work from home as per company policy)
Third-year/ final year/ fresh-graduated students have an interest in working in HR Payroll
Good communication in both Vietnamese and English
Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
Responsible, proactive, and high attention to details
Eager to learn
Have experience in any field related to Payroll Services is a plus.
