Job Description

  1. Talent Acquisitions:
    • Follow up Annual Headcount Budget
    • Collect Recruitment Requisition from Departments (Form of Recruitment Requisition), and set schedule for recruitment accordingly
    • Post jobs, sort CVs, do phone interviews and coordinate with other Heads of Department for interview arrangement as well as selecting appropriate candidates as required
    • Complete the all Candidates’ documents and discuss the starting date with the qualified candidates.
    • Make Reports of Recruitment Status
  2. Training & Development
    • Be in charge of On-board Training
    • Annual training as Master Plan
    • Work with Department Heads to identify the Training needs & design Annual Master Training Plan
    • Build-up relationship with Universities/ Colleges/ Vocational Schools in order to recruit employees, interns
  3. Collaborate and co-operate to accomplish the cross-sectional projects
  4. Other responsibilities as per assignment of superior/ direct manager.

Job Requirement

  1. Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or English
  2. Experience: At least 2 year-experience at the same role with multinational companies
  3. Languages: Good command in English (a must)
  4. Other requirements:
  • Microsoft Skill: Word, excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong planning and analytical skills
  • Well organized, high sense of responsibilities, teamwork.
  • Priority for candidates with experience in Talent Acquisition, Training & Development.
