Job Description

- Responsible for responding to employee questions and inquiries about employee benefit programs and procedures of HR Division

- Provide confirmation on Employee’s information via phone (excluded private & confidential information) to relevant stakeholders as required

- Conduct internal reports for relevant parties, audit reports (internal and external) and customized reports for government

- Maintain and improve the contents of communication channel via Chatbot and Program “Question and Answer”

- Responsible for monthly declaration of increase/decrease, reconcile medical premium and proceed payment periodically (Marsh insurance)

- Support relevant departments to confirm participant list of company’s events

- Manage service fee of documents storing

- Updating information and/ or policies, regulations, law internal and external for ensure proper present and advise employees as soon as possible

- Perform other duties as assigned by HR Service Desk Team leader or Unit Head of HR Service

Job Requirement

- Bachelor Degree, major: Human Resource or Business Management is preferable

- 3 - 4 years of experience in related fields

- Understanding of HR policies and procedures

- Good at communication and negotiation skill

- Careful and detail oriented

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

- Be able to communicate in English

- Strong customer service mindset

- Polite and professional manner
