Job Description

A. Recruitment:

1. Recruit candidate through different channels.

2. Collect resumes. Build the candidate database

3. Screen candidates by resumes and through telephone interviews.

4. Recommend the candidates to requested department, then to arrange interviews.

5. Participate in selection process

6. Prepare offer letters

7. Organize the recruitment information and file the resumes according to different

positions

8. Coordinate the new employee starting program (company introduction, computer

set-up, dormitories, etc.)

9. Conduct the market survey to submit to the management in order to build the

competitive structure.

10. Prepare the recruitment reports.

11. Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager

B. Admin:

1. Managing the telephone system; Welcoming guest to company;

2. Set up and prepare facility for meeting room;

3. Manage the incoming and outgoing correspondence, goods… internally and

externally;

4. Manage, monitor the usage and maintenance of administrative equipment such as

vehicle, photo copy machine, and taxi cards…;

5. Coordinate with other departments to prepare purchase request for stationary and

other items under administration function;

6. Maintain high standard of hygiene in working environment;

7. Manage affairs related to the worker’s uniform;

8. Maintain good relation with relevant government organs;

9. Report on administration related issues when requested;

10. Support Department Head in fulfilling functions and responsibilities of the

department;

11. Other tasks assigned by HR Manager.

Job Requirement

     Master the skills of recruitment and interview.
 Master the skills of employee performance evaluation.
 Have good sense of judgment.
 Have the ability of coordination, communication and problem settlement.
 Can work under press.
 Have the expression ability both in writing and oral.
 Good English speaking and listening. Good computer skill.
