Job Description

1. HR supervisor (C&B in charge)

  • Support C&B team for monthly time sheet, payroll and proceed employee related procedures
  • Communicate C&B programs and guidelines to help managers and staff understand all aspects of the compensation program
  • Update regularly the market compensation & benefit trend and new Law relating labor code, tax, insurance.
  • Prepare C&B planning & analysis reports
  • Administer payroll monthly.
  • Consolidate monthly department overtime/leave management.
  • Perform all the reports and activities related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, Personal Income Tax.
  • Manage; update the HR information system/ database.
  • Manage and administer the employee labor contracts.
  • Prepares and administer all periodical labor reports required by the Government.

2. HR supervisor (Training in charge)

  • Analyze training needs and develop training plan for all departments within the company strategies
  • Design, produce and implement training program which meet specific departmental needs in conjunction with Department Heads, ensuring that training session plans are structured and effective
  • Schedule Training plan for the company base on training demand from respective department
  • Monitor and evaluate training results.
  • Directly implement orientation training

Job Requirement

  • University graduation with major about human resources management, law, business administration.
  • At least 5 years working experience in Human Resources Supervisor position in relating field in FDI manufacturing factory.
  • Deep understanding of Labor Code and relevant regulations in Social Insurance, PIT etc
  • English fluently
  • Good at communication, management skill, problems solving.
  • Good at computer skills.
