Job Description

Report to Staffing Manager

  • Take customers assigned by Staffing Manager as agreed SOW, KPI.

  • Be the Person In Charge (PIC) for assigned Large / Key customers.

  • Weekly report back to Manager and highlight potential problems.

  • Details Job Description to be discussed in the interview.

Job Requirement

HR2B is looking for an active, mature and talented Supervisor to join the Staffing service team. To apply you must have;

  • Vietnamese national with at least a University Degree in a business related field.

  • > 6 years experience of working in HR administration, personnel work.

  • >3 years experience of working in C&B

  • Strong communication in Vietnamese and English  IELTS 5 (written and verbal).

  • Experience of supervising at least 2 others for >12 months.

  • Customer service experience or orientation.

  • Strong computer skills spreadsheet and merge documents.

  • Calm, friendly, outgoing, able to get along with people well.

  • Professional appearance for customer and assignee meetings.
