Job Description


HR Operation Services

  • Review and propose improvements in current HR manual and procedure
  • Take in charge relocation management
  • Supervise and provide employee welfare services which include company bus services, recreational/festival activities, blood donation etc.

Compensation Benefits Management

  • Propose annual HR budget (Headcounts FTE , Labor Cost etc.) and the effective and reporting of variances
  • Review and propose improvements Compensation Benefits policies, practices, including labor contract, terms and conditions of employment
  • Participate in salary survey, make proposal for updating of job classification and salary structure to ensure our competitive position in the market place, while meeting the company cost constrain
  • Research data and prepare initial proposal for annual salary review
  • Supervise the effective implementation of HR system to ensure the on-time smooth processing of Payroll throughout all MM Mega Market Vietnam organization
  • Ensure the updating of HR records, statistic, report and the coordination of HR presentation materials


  • Monitoring and updating recruitment plan and budget
  • Ensure the timely recruitment of non-strategic positions
  • In Charge of interview for level 5, 6, 7

Co-ordinate with the Training contact in Head Office to organize in Store training programs and On the Job training activities

  • Welcoming new starters onto the department
  • Introducing them to their colleagues
  • Walking around the department
  • Up-dating Line Manager on progress of new employee in order that 4/8/12 weekly reviews may be carried out

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to get along with diverse personalities; Good at both verbal and written English
  • Good counseling/advisory skills, strategic thinking and critical analytical ability 
  • Confident to operate effectively in a big corporate environment, emphasis on teamwork; open communication, innovation and performance orientation
  • Location: Giai Phong, Ha Noi (New Opening Store)
  • High energy level, flexibility, and can work under high pressure
  • Possess good business sense, creative and flexible in managing uncertainty
  • Excellent communicator and listener, with diplomacy and persistence, creating impact
  • High energy level, mobile and willing to travel
  • Good communication in both English and Vietnamese
