Job Description

1. Recruitment and Selection

  • Build up talent network to ensure have enough candidates for company recruitment demand
  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication.
  • Process hiring procedure for all levels of employees from developer, staff, executive, Chief, Manager,…
  • Managing induction & orientation program for new employees to help new one more easy and quickly adapt new environment.

2. Organization Development

  • Manage company organization: monthly update and restructure align with corporate.
  • Leading of PMP campaign to ensure align with our corporate guideline and timeline and using PMP result for yearly salary review and employee career path.
  • Work as Admin of SuccessFactors System.
  • Build up succession plans for key employees to fill up backup plan of management levels.
  • Manage employee role and ram (Job descriptions, Promotion, Job Transfer, Assignment, …)
  • Have responsibility for working environment, employee engagement, employee satisfaction, company values and code of ethics.

3. Compensation and Benefits

  • Manage C&B Procedure ensure the system run smoothly and legally.
  • Balance salary budget and control headcounts to ensure the cost follow the forecast if the year.
  • Manage salary system (variable compensation, allowance, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments), salary grade, employee levels to balance with labor market in FMCG.
  • Participants of annual salary survey (VSIP, Mercer,…) and gather all necessary data to benchmark salaries and benefits.
  • Checking monthly payroll, social insurance report and claim, and PIT and annual tax balance.
  • Check and sign all employment documents up to level Chief: Offer letter, Labor contract, Employment decision such as resignation, termination, promotion, ….

4. Regulation and Internal Communication

  • Manage company regulation and labor law to ensure all labor activities are legally. Solve all cases of labor discipline and guide labor law and also training and communication about the regulation and labor law to employees.
  • Main responsibility for internal communication about the content, decoration and do communicate to all employee to ensure all information needed to get to employee as the right way.

5. Administration and Report

  • Control admin cost, checking all admin and outside services claim (Car rental, Security, canteen, business expense, office cost, stationary,….
  • Organize employee events, employee meeting, company party….
  • Monthly, Quarterly Human Talent score card and Add hoc report to Corporate.
  • Health, Safety, Environment: Prepare all documents for our Fire Fighting, prepare all FF equipment as requirement of Law, work directly with FF police for Quarterly Audit, Prepare FF annual report.

6. HR Business Partner:

  • Control sale incentive policies, check monthly incentive calculation to ensure procedure run well and motivate sales force and sales efficiency.
  • Review sales capability to support commercial to build a stable sales team.
  • Support sales training needed.
  • Manage sales regulation and disciplin

Job Requirement

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience
• Good knowledge of local labor law 
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good time management and prioritization skills
• Analytical and pragmatic problem solver
