Job Description

– Carrying out recruitment and training activities for the office as requested
– Procurement of stationaries, handle office facility, staff working equipment issue such as network, computer etc.
– Handling office contract/tenancy contract
– Control company stamp according to procedure
– Control company licences and other admin documents
– Other HRA tasks if required

Job Requirement

– Female, university graduation
– Experience in HR / admin work more than 3 years
– Fluency in Japanese or English
– Have knowledge of the laws
