Job Description

  1. Establish Department measurements that support the accomplishment of the Company’s strategic goals
  2. Lead the development of Department goals, objectives and systems
  3. Plan/ control Capital Budgets and Expenses of HR & GA department; and revise as per requirements in order to achieve the Company Business Plan;
  4. Support, discipline and inspire direct subordinates to maximize their capability and create an atmosphere of mutual benefit;
  5. Manage the development and implementation of Company Regulations and Procedures regarding to HR & GA functions;
  6. Selects and supervises Human Resource consultants and training specialists and coordinates company use of insurance brokers and other outside services
  7. Maintain in-depth knowledge of Legal Requirement related to day-to-day activities of employees, reduce legal risks and ensure to comply the regulations of the Law;
  8. Manage and lead Recruitment activities; improve HR Development (HRD) system including training program, effective performance evaluation, KPIs;
  9. Coordinate closely with management levels and employees to improve work relationships, build up morale, increase labour productivity and retain the talents
  10. Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs and practices to keep management informed of new development.
  11. Manage Environment & Safety in working area;
  12. Manage IT system to facilitate working processes and Data security, including Effective Communication Channels;
  13. Create the continuous improvement atmosphere to drive subordinates to achieve the target;
  14. Foresee any issues that may become urgent and set the preventive action;
  15. Build up & maintain the Salary structure
  16. Assist Board of Directors on doing jobs as per assignment.

Job Requirement

  1. Bachelor degree or higher level in related field;
  2. Male/Female
  3. At least 05 year experience in the similar position;
  4. Other skills:
  • Good command in English (4 skills required);
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2018, KPIs and Performance Evaluation;
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicts;
  • Strong leadership and liaison skills;
  • Computer skill: Microsoft office.
