Job Description

* Primary Objectives:

• To assume management responsibility for the operation and activities of the HR Department

• To manage and participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures

• To provide support and advice to the Board of Directors, senior managers, departments on employment law and personnel issues

* Duties:

• Monitor the performance of, and provide advice and support to, all HR activities

• Develop/Monitor/Review company regulation, policies, procedure, and proper Carrier Path & Salary system

• Manage the advertising and interviewing process for all vacancies through to the offer of employment

• Manage and control all disciplinary procedures to ensure that labour law is strictly adhered to

• Liaise with managers and supervisors to identify training needs, source suitable providers and arrange courses, travel and accommodation

• Develop and review the performance appraisal system for all employees and monitor the effective completion of appraisals for their staff by departmental managers

• Counsel management, supervisors, and employees regarding performance issues and employee relations problems - Assist managers with analysing problems, identifying alternative solutions and discussing consequences of proposed actions

• Stay abreast of new legislation, trends and innovations in the field of personnel and ensure compliance with government laws and regulations

• Continuously monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel policies and procedures; identify opportunities for improvement and review with senior management the implementation of improvements

• Ensure that all monthly payments in respect of tax, pensions and salaries are correct and paid on time

• Be in charge of social insurance, health insurance for all staff (updating, tracking, reporting and claiming insurance)

• Carry out any other duties that may be requested from time to time

Job Requirement

-    Graduated from university or higher level , major in Human Resource, Law, Economics, Business Administration or Different related fields

-    Have at least 5 experience years in similar position, prefer candidate that have experience in  diversified investment company , business major in Construction, Real estate, Hotel, Restaurant, FMCG

-    Have good knowledge in Labor Code

-    Honest, Confident, Good communication and  have ability to work under high pressure
