Abbott Human Resources Management Trainee Program (HRMT) has launched for the MBA or equivale master graduates to build the talent pipeline for Abbott Human Resource future leaders. Candidates will take part in a two-year development program that includes various job rotations. As an HR Graduate, candidates will have the opportunity to be part of the strong team to shape our Abbott people strategies, while developing your skillset to become one of our game changers.
Human Resources Career

Job Requirement

QUALIFICATION:

• MBA or equivale master graduates (MUST)

• Maximum 3 years of work experience

• English fluency (6.0 IELTS or relevant English qualifications)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Strategic thinking and Problem solving

• Ownership, Result focused, Collaboration

• Critical Thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills 

• Learning agility
