Job Description

1. Human Resources Task:

  • Timekeeping, payroll, insurance procedures and settlement of policies for employees, Personal data management and employees records
  • Manage employees' records, follow up employee contracts and handle contract signing procedures (probation, apprenticeship, labor contract ...)
  • Handle the resignation procedures
  • Implement the periodic personnel evaluation
  • Working directly with insurance agencies, Labor Department, Labor Federation ... on the company’s labor using
  • Take part in organizing company’s internal events
  • Support in recruitment

2. Administration Task

  • Administrations Task
  • Managing office, equipment and company’s assets, working with the Building Management Board
  • Providing and managing stationery
  • Takes charge of booking hotel, air tickets for the Board of Managers’s business trips
  • Other relative administratives

3. Management of revenues – expenditures Task

  • Cashier works
  • Managing Union funds, follow up the revenues and expenditures
  • Supporting accountant Dept in client debt
  • Transaction with banks: salary transferring procedures, payment authorization, payment vouchers...

Job Requirement


  • At least 6 months of experience in HR (C&B and labor relations).
  • Have knowledge of labor and insurance laws, Union working methods.
  • Must be graduated in Law or Human Resources Management
  • Good English abilities (able to translate English documents)
  • Administrations, revenue and expenditure management: will be trained if having no experiences yet.
