We are currently looking for an I.T. Helpdesk/Coordinator to join our team in HO CHI MINH City.

Key roles and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

· Provide first-line support for all IT matters to users in Vietnam (approx. 70 users, in office and remote).

· Forward and escalate tickets to central IT management and competence groups.

· Assist in software updates, latest security patches, anti-virus, etc. to ensure that all machines are up to date and protected.

· Register and track all IT hardware and users.

· Setup desktop and laptop systems, tablets, phones.

· Local sourcing and purchasing or IT equipment according to management’s specifications.

· Manage internet providers.

· Ensure basic IT infrastructure (cabling, access points, etc.) meet company’s requirements.

Use remote administration tools to resolve issues on desktops,

Job requirements

·         Good communication skills and social skills in English and Vietnamese

·         Familiar with PC/Laptop/Tablet/Phone/Mobile phone

·         Familiar with Windows operating systems, Mac OS X, Microsoft Office

·         2 years of experience

·         Knowledge of cloud-based technology platforms 

·         Network support experience

·         Good communication in groups and working in a team environment.
