Import Customer Services Executive (Forwarding Field)

Employment Information

Job Description

  1. Building and maintain foreign agents, forwarders, other independent agents serving for providing goods import services;
  2. Negotiate the customers, agencies, shipping companies,… with the best prices;
  3. Searching for information related to prices and setting up competitive importing services prices;
  4. Liase with foreign agents to monitor transporting goods;
  5. Representing and working directly with the customers relating to provide goods import services;
  6. Maintaining a good relationship with targeted customers;
  7. Answering and handling the customers’ complaints and questions relating to goods;
  8. Building and developing the customers system to push business development of the Import Department;
  9. Updating, maintaining and taking full advantage of the customers’ information to creat opportunities providing goods importing services to the new customers and exitsing customers;

Job Requirement

  • University or college graduate major in Foreign Trade, Economics, Maritime , Transportation is preferable;
  • Having 2 - 3 years relevant experience;
  • Good command of English/Vietnamese (both in oral & written communication). 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Good planning, organizing, presentation, and people skills;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
