Job Description

- Import and export, customs declaration, document storage and import inspection costs.

- Organize freight transportation and storage services,

- Manage cargo information, time and place of delivery.

- Coordinate and track orders, freight progress.

- Solve problems related to imported consignments during transportation.
- Update information on legal documents related to import and export goods.

- Other tasks as requests of Import - Export Manager

- Các công việc cơ bản về xuất nhập khẩu, khai báo hải quan, lưu trữ chứng từ và kiểm tra chi phí nhập khẩu.

- Tổ chức các dịch vụ vận chuyển, lưu trữ hàng hóa,

- Quản lý các thông tin hàng hóa, thời gian và địa điểm giao hàng.

- Phối hợp và theo dõi đơn hàng, tiến độ vận chuyển hàng hóa.

- Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến lô hàng nhập khẩu trong quá trình vận chuyển.
- Cập nhật thông tin văn bản pháp luật liên quan đến hàng hóa Xuất nhập khẩu.

- Thực hiện các yêu cầu khác từ cấp trên

Job Requirement

- 01 Male / Female, College graduate or above

- Experience in import and export planning and reports

- Good English communication

- The company has a shuttle bus from Bien Hoa

- Working from Monday - Saturday every week, from 8AM - 5 PM

- A month has 2 days of paid leave: 1 day of annual leave + 1 day of planned leave (employee chooses the date)

- Working place: Nhon Trach V Industrial Zone

- 01 Nam/Nữ, tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên

- Có kinh nghiệm làm kế hoạch và các báo cáo về xuất nhập khẩu

- Giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt

- Công ty có xe đưa rước từ Biên Hòa

- Làm việc từ thứ hai - bảy hàng tuần, từ 8 AM - 5 PM

- Nơi làm việc: KCN Nhơn Trạch V

- Một tháng có 2 ngày nghỉ hưởng lương: 1 ngày phép năm + 1 ngày nghỉ kế hoạch (nhân viên tự chọn ngày)

Probationary period: 2 months

Working time: 8AM to 5PM from Monday to Saturday
