Job Description

- Collect and make sample keeping list (sample, consumption, mini marker)

- Collect information, make invoice, packing list, delivery order, custom declaration (CD) and send CD via system

- Liquidity processing contract

- Balance the material

- Close sales end of month

- Support other task by Director request

- Support Finance to make settlement report (in accordance with financial year of Accountant).

- Perform the tasks related to Internal Audit (if any).

- Making monthly report

Job Requirement

  • Education: College/ University Degree.
  • Experience 1 year-experience in the same position
  • Competency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work individually and in group.
  • Hard working and responsibility
  • Priority candidates can communicate in English
