Develop and update Annual Audit Plan in alignment with Business Plan and Risk Assessment Framework.
Initiate and facilitate corporate-wide risk assessment on quarterly basis, including meeting coordination and discussion with senior management as well as tracking and following up with all identified risks;
Ensure consistent design and implementation of internal controls in all the companies and factories based on Group Global Internal Control manual: - Develop, review and update local policy and procedure to support the internal control requirements consistently; - Support Group Risk & Internal Control and Audit function (RICA) to review & test the internal controls’ design and operation effectiveness; - Initiate and facilitate internal control testing and certification for AQUA OTC.
Conduct internal control self-assessment / audit quarterly or monthly, including plan, execution, reporting and issue follow-up;
Co-audit internal audits conducted by RICA and assist to follow-up audit findings; maintain quarterly teleconference with RICA representative to update them the local sales performance, change of senior management, strategic adjustment and challenges in operations, as well as the self-assessment results if any;
Assist and coordinate the investigation initiated by Group;
3 years or more of experience with a mixture of audit firm and in-house IA or controller role in FMCG industry
University graduated with relevant fields.
Candidates with ACCA, CPA or CIA accreditations will be considered favorably
Able to travel
Fluent in English or Chinese (4 skills)
Good interpersonal communication skills and be able to interact with senior management confidently
