Executive recruitment specialist, Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a well-known retail international company in their industry. Our client is seeking a Key Account Supervisor to assist their growing business in Vietnam. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Summary:

As the International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the company is known to as many people as possible, all across the world, so that business can be enhanced. The International Sales Manager works in a variety of commercial enterprises and comprehends each and every aspect of the company's products.

Job Responsibilities:

· Searching for opportunities that enhance sales and benefit the overseas clients;

· Develops current customers by assessing customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features and other means as identified per the customer account;

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;

· Helping the clients understand the various products by explaining them in their native language;

· Providing outstanding and special services to the international clients;

· Overlooking negative clients and keeping up-to-date on the latest technological developments and enhancements in the industry

· Upholding sales reports, records and other important documents of international clients;

· Maintaining interaction with active foreign clients and identifying new clients, as well as new business possibilities;

· Attending international sales meetings, seminars and conferences arranged within the organization to boost sales profits;

· Developing creative sales initiatives and executing them to improve the financial gains of the organization;

· Heading and guiding the sales personnel within the department, with regards to the attainment of its sales aims, objectives and targets;

· Ensuring that the requirements of the international clients are met by modifying the products and services of the organization to their needs ;

· Ensuring that sales and supervisory functions are executed correctly, timely and within the given budgets of the company

· Meeting the sales quotations and financial targets;

· Acting as the main and key resource for generating maximum revenue;

Job Requirement

·       Must have at least 5 years working experience in international sales;

·       Experience in stablishing sales points at those countries Europe/ Australia / Middle East/Asia;

·       Have plentiful experience in attending international sales events;

·       Be ready for travelling outside the country;

·       Be a goal oriented and result-driven person. Have high energy with an engaging level of enthusiasm, Could independently work and handle task;

·       Be a charismatic, suave talker with the ability to impress and attract global clients;
