The Vietnam Internship Program (VIP) is designed for students who look for gain practical on-the-job experience during his or her graduation year or right after graduation. In this document, the final year students or recently graduated students are referred to as ‘Graduates’.
The objective of this program is to build suffice skills for graduates needed to embark on a successful career in banking. The program also aims to support on career opportunities for fresh graduates in the society where we operate.

In this role, you will:
Get involed in Learning & Tranining works ( brainstorms, contribute creative ideas to team's projects, …)
Work with vendor for printing training material, support internal and external trainers during training time
Support Training Managers on handling daily operational works (room booking, sending invitation & reminder, consolidate learning data/ report...)
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor/Final-year students or Fresh graduates within less than 12 months of working experience
Any majors will be accepted (Finance & Accounting, Banking, Business/ Marketing, Economics/ Statistics, Sociology, History, Languages, Information Technology etc...)
Commitment to work full-time in 06 months
Eager to learn and eager to help
Good communication and interpersonal skills are desirable
