Job Description

SCOPE OF WORK

• Supporting and internal employees of CGV organization with requests coming via, emails and ticketing system, phone calls

• Identifying, researching, and resolving user's issues with windows & mac workstations and it's software (e.g. Office 365) by using administration tools (remote support).

• Informing users by explaining procedures, answering their questions and providing them service information.

Responsibilities:

• Offer technical support for Windows systems and internal applications both IT support via phone and on site

• Handling the technical issues that can appear with the operating systems/internal applications

• Testing and fixing faulty equipment

• Logging and keeping records of user request in Service Desk system

• Assign Service Desk ticket to appropriate technician/team

• Support to manage IT Asset

Job Requirement

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•             MCSA

•             Minimum 6 months experience in IT or customer support

•             Fluency in English

•             Bachelor Degree in a technical/computing area

•             Customer Service mindset is required
