Job Description

  • Responsible for Company Standard PC/Desktop/Servers/Workstation and Printers/LAN/WAN/Wireless/VOIP, management & maintenance of information systems (including hardware and software).
  • Supporting end-users
  • Managing and maintaining office equipment including but not limited to: PC Laptop, printers, photocopier, fax, and analog telephones, VoIP devices
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, OS (Windows and MAC) and new applications
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
  • After office hours on-duty support for IT Department (ad-hoc basis subject to business requirements)
  • Performing related duties as assigned
  • Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
  • 1 to 2-year experience in IT department or meets equivalent skill requirements primary experience in helpdesk
  • Knows LAN WAN routing and switching at a high level
  • Have experience working with network devices such as switches, IP phone, laptops, PCs, access point radio
  • Have CCNA is advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable, meticulous, innovative and self-motivated with good problem solving skills in a dynamic environment
  • English is good.
