Job Description

  • Assisting implementations of new ERP modules/functionalities, and requirements gathering to

  • delivery of an operational system

  • Perform Business Analyst functions including requirements collection, design, discuss

  • business rules and processes at internal client meetings and adapt them to the application.

  • Identify gaps between business requirements and the delivered vendor application. Propose

  • solutions and approach to closing gaps via process re-design or system functionality

  • Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help

  • set up systems or resolve issues

  • Troubleshoot system and data problems, diagnosing and provide solutions to end-user

  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Demonstrated business acumen

  • Experience in Business to Consumer businesses, such as Travel, Hospitality, or Retail.

  • Demonstrated capability to get results in a complex, often ambiguous environment

  • Ability to establish trust and credibility at all levels of the organization
