Employment Information

Job Description

We are hiring IT Helpdesk, will be trained, prefer Korean Fluently to work with IT in mother bank - Korea; translate bitween IT Korea and IT in Viet Nam Head Office.

Objective:

1. To support branches & HO departments in daily transaction errors

2. To manage new system development issues/ projects

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Daily support branches and HO departments for transaction errors/ trouble shooting relating to system operation.

- Work with Global IT to fix system errors, advise solution

2. To manage new system development issues/ projects (new product & services, new functions of system, etc...)

- Review & approve for IT development request from HO dept.

- Give opinion and ideas for development issues

- Discuss with Global IT developers about timeline and feasibility for development

- Follow up timeline & carry out development project

- Support for User Acceptance Test & internal pilot

Job Requirement

-       Bachelor (Major in Korean language / Economics / Finance or relevant fields)

-       At least Level B in English

-        Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

-        Problem Solving & Analytical Skill

-        Creative, Initiative, hard- working, teamwork
