The IT staff responsible for system management: network, server, camera, telephone. Management of other office equipment: printer, fax, video conference. Install software and operating systems, allocate computers to employees

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot the internet for parts of the company when encountering problems.
  • Support staff & handle errors related to computer, computer network, software.
  • Operation, IT system management: network, server, camera, telephone ...
  • Management of other office equipment: printer, fax, video conference, ...
  • Install software and operating systems, allocate computers to employees
  • Support the purchasing and vendor management of electronic equipment
  • Be responsible for Inventory management of the company’s electronic equipment
  • Other assignments as and when requires by Head of Department.

Requirements

  • Male only
  • Have 1 year experience working as IT helpdesk position
  • Experienced in computer hardware, VoIP implementation is plusHave good knowledge in hardware such as Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Cisco, Router, Switch L2/L3, MCSA, CCNA certified is advantageous
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Be careful, hardworking.
  • Well organized, high sense of responsibilities, team work. Active update information, knowledge, experience sharing
  • Schedule and time management
