Support end-users in computer troubleshoots and provide advices for appropriate actions
- Respond to requests for technical assistance directly, via phone or email. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical issues. Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of issues.
- Support IT Leader in system and software maintenance consist of AD server, email server, endpoint protection system, backup system and fingerprint software per requested.
- Support IT Leader for setting up computer facilities, network, warehouse system for projects (if applicable).
- Manage IT assets/ equipments and updating their status for IT Leader per procedures/ requested.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Minimum college degree in Information Techonology
- 01 working year as helpdesk or IT support
- Communicative English.
