Job Description

Plan the project

  1. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  2. Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
  3. Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion

Implement the project

  1. Execute the project according to the project plan
  2. Conduct project documentation according to Project Management standards
  3. Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
  4. Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards

Control the project

  1. Prepare reports on the project for management and provide it to related parties
  2. Communicate with sponsors and stakeholders to keep them informed on project progress
  3. Monitor and approve all budgeted project expenditures
  4. Monitor cash flow projections and report actual cash flow and variance to Project Review Committee on a regular basis (monthly/bimonthly)

Evaluate the project

  1. Follow up to ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
  1. Support to evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase

Job Requirement

  • Master or Bachelor Degree with majors: Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, etc.
  • Min. 1 - 2 years of working experience in finance is preferable (banking, insurance, investment, etc.), in which:
  • At least 06 months of experience in project management/participation in projects
  • 06 months of experience in fields related to finance (cost control, budget planning), risk management is a plus
  • Language requirements: Vietnamese (native), English (fluent)
  • Computer Skills: skills in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Project)
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Problem solving and negotiable skill
  • Ability to work under high pressure
  • Leadership mind-set
