Job Description

  • Handling Customer Care hotline and email;
  • Understand about marketing and loyalty program & system;
  • Handle issues and complaints from customer efficiently;
  • Assist customer at the best of customer service quality;
  • Issue member cards for customers;
  • Follow up with delivery vendors to ensure cards are delivered on time to customers;
  • Payment for vendors;
  • Other tasks requested by supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Must have 6 months to 1 year of experience in call center or handling loyalty program or membership management;
  • Experience in F&B, Retail, Hospitality, Banking is preferable;
  • Good at English;
  • Available to work from Monday to Saturday (morning);
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills;
