Job Description

- Ensure effective delivery of Business KPIs: Volume/Value growth, market share, profit, forecast accuracy, fundamentals for the assigned accounts
- Work with Brand Team and Shopper Marketing Team on related plans to win shoppers/consumers
- In charge of promotion management in the assigned accounts: plan, sell, execute, evaluate
- Work with Demand Planning team on forecasting for the assigned accounts
- Manage the budget assigned to the accounts
- Ensure sufficient communication from HO to team and vice versa
- Lead the overall operation in the assigned accounts
- Build and leverage customer relationship at all levels
- Build and develop team’s capability
- Other tasks as assigned by Key Account Manager

Job Requirement

- University degree or higher
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Key Account, preferably at a similar position in FMCG industry - Strong analytical thinking and planning skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sense of business and highly result-oriented
- Willing to go field sales
- Good in English/Microsoft office
