As the Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for all aspects of the relationship between Ninja Van and our key clients. You will serve as the primary contact for key clients and work cross-functionally with our internal departments to ensure delivery of optimal service, client satisfaction, and retention.

Roles & Responsibilities

Primary duty: Manage shipper/key account relationship and drive them to strategic partnerships.

  • 1. Account management:

    Meet and closely communicate with customers to identify issues that arise or resolve customer inquiries, such as pickup report - delivery rates, SLA, COD payment dates, system interactions between 2 sides...Collect information from customers and work with internal teams to improve service quality as well as contribute to the overall success of customer's important projects.

  • 2. Monitor and reporting

    Statistic control and analyze both customers and internal teams situation, provide solutions to improve the product and customer satisfaction.
    Distribute daily, weekly and monthly report to update and control account status and backlogs.
    Hold monthly meeting (interal and external) to monitor and communicate with shipper performance (operation, financial...)

Job Requirement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with more than 1 year of experience in related field
  • Ability to manage workload scientifically and has a keen eye for detail
  • Strong professional relationship-building skills
  • Skillful and good at collecting information to convince internal teams and external customers
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to analyze data
  • Mastered in emotion control is a mandatory requirement
