Job Description

We are looking for a position Key Account Manager for a big manufacturing company in Ha Noi as below:

  • Build and develop project strategy and build project sales team
  • Develop and implement the project development strategy and ensure expected sales revenue;
  • Monitoring project sales activities / campaigns in the Northern market.
  • Provide market-oriented orientation and feedback for strengthening the positioning in the market as well as conducting continuous improvement analysis ...
  • Educate outside sales partners on prices, projects and commercial progress.
  • Act as a head coach / coach / reference point for project sales team on managing and implementing project sales
  • Influence and persuade important customers / projects as well as high-end customers in the target area.
  • Establish and build strong relationships with key customers, high-level business partners
  • Prepare, negotiate and manage sales agreements with outside sales partners

Job Requirement

  • Male/Female, under 45 years old
  • Bachelor and Technical bachelor is a priority
  • At least 5-10 year experience in the same position, preferably in B2B
  • Worked in leading construction market, service; managing, delivering similar project sales through to completion/ after-care
  • Good at English.
