Job Description

Acquire new local KA (Off-premise)

Plan marketing activity calendar with customers to excuse in outlet activities

Manage distribution & availability

Update information of customers

Conduct daily market visits to monitor sales team activities and performance, assist in field training and coaching of salespeople, and observe execution of sales and merchandising standards, policies and procedures

Monitor daily and analyze sales performance and trends by channel/ customer/ outlet, identify potential problems and follow up

Monitor volume target & volume growth

Deliver world-class customer services

Manage implementation of Channel plans as per defined PicOS

Manage & align on contract & activation plan

Manage & align company's assets compliance in the outlet execution plan

Recruit & select sales staff

Train & coach staff

Maintain staff discipline

Job Requirement

University graduated

At least 8 years in Sales in FMCG company
