Job Description

  • Transfer company strategy into customer plan alignment to make sure in store inline and outstanding.
  • Lead and build strategy for MT customers.
  • Corporate with internal team to organize JBP (Joint Business Plan) with strategic customers and deliver JTBD in reality.
  • Lead trade term & commercial contract with customer.
  • Deliver P&L with by customer.
  • Customer manager: top line agreement with customer, build clear roadmap for growth for total team (TO Growth, Market Share and P&L Target).
  • Lead to develop & implement co-marketing activities with customer based on agreed plan, align internal & external.
  • Build up the grid across Planning and operation team to ensure sufficient process (information & communication).
  • Accountable for sales fundamentals, sales targets and other KPIs to be achieved daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly.
  • Do forecasting.
  • Own listing & New Product Development campaign to make sure successful plan in customer.
  • Own effective visibility plan in store.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor/Master Degree in business related field.
  • 5 years’ experience in similar position in FMCG is preferable.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a drive for results.
  • Able to learn on the fly and adapt to a dynamic trading environment.
  • Team player – collaborative, open.
  • Able to lead, build trust and motivate direct reports to build next generation of leaders
