Company Profile:

Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a well-known global manufacturer of crop science products. Our client, a corporation with over a century of history, is seeking a professional with at least 3 years’ key account management or sales experience in crop science or agricultural products trading for the job as Key Account Manager. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Summary:

Reporting to Regional Sales Manager (expat) and managing, coaching over 10 team members, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for expanding the company's market share in Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos market to achieve the target and become the top market leader. You will also take the lead in key account business, including account management, distributor management and making sales strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and make short/long term business goals to develop market share and maintain the sustainable growth.

• Drive key account team to achieves not only sales but also other target (like credit, collection, profit, distribution, market share…)

• Conduct market intelligence.

• Collaborate with other department to ensure that commercial terms, contracts and agreement document comply with internal regulations/policies and local laws.

• Manage team budget including for marketing, operation.

• Do regular activities with key account to maintain strong relationship including visiting, business advising…

• Coach, training & recruiting the key account team.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of key account management or sales experience in crop science or agricultural products trading.
  • Good customer development and negotiation, problem solving skills.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Requires regular business trips
