As a KA Sales Executive, successful candidate will be in charge of, but not limited, following tasks:
The KAM Sales Executive's responsibilities include but not limited to the following tasks for Home Appliance product ( Washine Machine, Refrigerator,... )/ or Residential Air-conditioner Product:
- Be in charge of Sell-in target
- Supervise and motivate Sell-out
- Propose Marketing program (Product Consultant (PC), Display, Decoration, PR..)
- Coordinate with other departments to make sure good products delivered to customer on time.
- Negotiate and keep good relationship with customers. - Set objectives that have long-term impact within area of responsibility
- Other tasks will be discussed in the interview
2. Data analysis
- SI/SO analysis by customer, by cat, by region, by cluster, by model… and do regular report to help line manager for making decisions
- Do regular meeting presentation for weekly meeting with customer, TM...
- Extract data from system to make assigned regular reports
3. Sales support tasks (selected)
Prepare document, data to implement promotion program for customers
The job requires the following formal qualifications, equivalent experience:
- Male, University graduated.
- At least 3 years experience in Key Account Management or Group of Product (Specially in Electronics/ AC field)
- English: good communication (compulsory)
- Analysis skill of Sales Program, Sales Forecast, Planning
- Data Analysis, Sales skill.
- Be active, enthusiastic, think out of the box.
- Ability to quickly reach an understanding of customers business and requirements
- Can manage weekly meeting with customers, business trip to another provinces.
