Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
Reviews and completes credit limit report.
Cashiers in and out and verifies banks and deposits at the end of each shift.
Enforces all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies.
Monitor selling status daily. Ie flash report, allowance etc.
Operate all aspects of computer system, including POS, software maintenance, report generation and analysis, and simple configuration changes.
Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasting.
Monitor all V.I.P 's special guests and requests.
1 - 2 years of experience
Age from 25 - 35
English communication fluency KOREAN TOPIK > 4.0
Experience working in children's play areas, fast food chains, 5-star hotels, cinemas.
Minimum of one year of hotel/restaurant front desk supervisory experience, experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in related field.
Consistent, professional dress and manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Good time management skills.
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required..
Working time: Shift 1: 9:00 AM -18h00 and Shift 2: 12h00 - 21h00 (Arrange for one day off a week, no break on Fri,Sat & Sun)
Work place: Marina Building, Tran Van Tra, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, HCMC.
Salary: VND 10,000,000 - VND 20,000,000
