Job Description

A Senior Sales – Lab Equipment is a mature role, and as such has some important duties and responsibilities to fulfil, with both short and long-term goals to achieve. The job description for this vacancy recruiting by DC Tech is detailed by some of the below tasks and objectives:

  • Implementing detailed steps as instructed by the Sales Supervisor to ensure business targets are met.
  • Developing client base and retaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Maximize business opportunities whenever it is applicable with the uses of lab equipment and other related products in the product categories concerned.
  • Educate prospects about the values they can benefit by translating unique selling propositioning(s) to target audiences, mostly based upon technical value interpretation of the products via precise presentations.
  • Reports and makes proposals to the Sales Supervisor to ensure market information well-updated.
  • Identifying customer needs/potential and capture their needs/potential in CRM timely.
  • Following industry trends both locally and internationally in Indochina Region market with new product lines (Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar), when required.
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
  • Achieve monthly metric goals set by upper management for the team and individual.
  • Increase customer awareness, engagement and retention by sharing the value proposition of DC tech products.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Sales Supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • Integrity, passionate, and self- disciplined.
  • Good presentation and high-level communication skills.
  • Be willing to travel and working overtime.
  • Bachelor Degree, preferably related to Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical engineering.
  • Good command in English.
  • Proven ability to negotiate.
  • 2+ years in a Senior Sales position with demonstrated customer service and technical sales experiences.
  • Willing to travel and working overtime.
  • Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets.
