Job Description

Position Summary

Coordinating with TTI PRC RYOBI Reliability Lab, TTI PRC HT and PTA QA& Eng. Team.

Follow up all Handtool and Power tool accessorie testing issues.

Manage all Handtool and Power tool accessorie Lab general work.

Manage the testing efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain good relationship with TTI PRC RYOBI REL LAB;

Coordinate with PRC Lab on all testing related;

Overall manage all lab issue;

Manage all equipment and follow up maintenance and calibration;

Manage all manpower resource and correctly assign related jobs. Handle recruiting and Training for all person under the Lab;

Set up and monitoring the material follow up process;

Review and approve the Test Request;

Monitor and follow up all TR schedule;

Monitoring all test detail and make sure all test be correctly conduct.

Manage all Lab samples in good condition.

Monitoring all testing efficiency and quality. Also try to improve them as well.

All other Lab Admin jobs.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor and above;
  • 5 years managerial experience in Quality managing/Engineering/Testing related field. (Reliability laboratory related and ISO 17025 knowledge will be preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical engineering is required. (Full knowledge on this will be preferred)
  • Excellent Local language, Good English (at least Written and reading) and Chinese is advantage;
  • Good skills to solve problems;
  • Good communication, leading and interpersonal skills;
  • Fully understand the test laboratory operation and international standard.
