Job Description

MISSION STATEMENT

Developing and executing a Training and Development Strategy to contribute to insights, knowledge, skills and attitudes, including:

· Ensuring the interface between the country and Corporate HR concerning Training and Development matters

· Advising the Board of the country in local and international Training and Development matters

· Communicate and implement corporate and local Training and Development concepts in the country

ROLES & KEY RESULT AREAS

Ensuring the interface between the country and Corporate HR concerning Learning and Development

  • Acts as a change agent in the country for strategic and core business related matters related to the MMVN strategy and core business, in close cooperation with local Management
  • Participates in international workshops/meetings and contributes to international project groups
  • Enrolls local candidates into international Training and Development programs; and organizes the follow-up regarding this
  • Organizes international induction plans

Advising the Country Board in local and international Learning and Development matters

  • Actively searches for information about the Company’s local and international business developments and core/operational processes
  • Proposes Training and Development programs and approaches contributing to the development and execution of local and international concepts and strategies, based on benchmarks

Communicate and implement Corporate and local Learning and Development concepts in the country

  • Develops an integrated Training and Development program and planning
  • Establishes commitment of Stakeholders, and ensures communication to all relevant parties
  • Ensures implementation and follow-up of Training and Development Programs, respecting budget and organizational restrictions
  • Provides the relevant reporting data and KPI’s to local and international management

Experience

3-5 years experience in the Learning and Development area

Personality
