Job Description

Main job purpose:

• To contribute to the company's mission of delivering the best service to our customers.

Main duties:

• Daily operational coordination of delivery team
• Support the Recruiting team, train and onboard the fleet of Couriers in the new cities
• Manage scheduling, and attendance of couriers
• Control and interaction with the CSO on the issues of document revision.
• Training and supervising delivery teams
• Manage requests of the delivery teams
• Be responsible for documentation and contracts of Couriers.
• Be there for the Couriers when they need support
• Take care of procurement, ensuring that couriers have all necessary materials to work.
• Supervision and analysis of KPIs
