Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the implementation of contact center, business process, anti-fraud, card distribution and internal shared services unit.
  • Motivate team members, increase team productivity, and resolve conflict among teams
  • Communicating with external and internal stakeholders to smooth the operations and to solve the problems
  • Handling the complaints and providing appropriate solutions/ alternatives within the time limits
  • Make sure team members are following the SOP, guidelines, and policieis
  • Solving the problems escalated from the team members
  • Any other tasks assigned by the manager

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in: Technology/Banking/ Engineering/ Management
  • Proven track record in being a team builder, growth in customer service quality
  • Experience in collaborating with remote team
  • Result-oriented, customer centric
  • Driven to optimize internal process and improve efficiency
  • To be seasoned team builder, ambitious, flexible, and not afraid of the unknown
  • To be thrilled with process improvement, process optimization
  • Ready to learn new and interesting information about banking products, cards and fintech processes.
  • Ability to work in an English- speaking environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skill
  • Can-do attitude
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and independently while working in a fast-paced environment.
