Job Description

  • · Maintain quality of daily work for logistics management including delivery order accuracy, lead-time to deliver goods/tool/facilities to customers.

    · Well coordinate with third parties such as transportation, warehouse, forwarder… to get the good results of business: OTIF, IRA, costing controlling, KPIs.

    · Manage, review and evaluate operating performance of 3rd party logistics providers, including: Operation, service, value added and import activities.

    · Controlling, implement all replenishment and allocate stock from main DC to site office.

    · Implement warehouse standards, core work processes and guidelines to keep fresh stock, FIFO, hygiene of products.

    · Plans the structure, training, develops and qualifies the logistics team.

    · Providing daily reports on time to other teams.

    · Work and manage well outsourcing service in WH.

    · Maintaining accurate and updated documents for internal control audit purpose.

    · Control inventory, tools, and delivery data on ERP.

    · Ensure inventory accuracy, system versus physical.

    · Ensure material, tools be delivered at the site on time and recall tools.

    · Prepare import docs and follow shipping plan from supply points to Vietnam.

    · Follow up the custom clearance, import document until goods ready to release.

    · Control and manage internal data: import and support docs.

    · Taking action with fast response on any problem occurred on day to day.

    · Improve customer satisfaction & service level and delivery cost.

Job Requirement

·       Graduate college or above in Supply Chain/Logistics/Transportation/ Business Administration or related.

·       Experience in project coordinating, warehousing, distribution or 3PL Company.

·       Minimum 3 years working experience in Supply Chain/Logistics field or 3PL.
