Job Description

  • To ensure daily operations are completed as procedures.
  • To communicate with customers & related parties to ensure all shipments are expedited timely & properly in compliance with customer’s requirements.
  • To ensure all daily shipments are completed as customer’s requirement.
  • To ensure proper follow-up with all outstanding matters.
  • To ensure reports checked carefully & within deadline provided
  • Collect & control all deliveries documents receive from QA officer.
  • Make an accuracy monthly payment requisition for Customer, follow up billing process still end payment.
  • Update & make a monthly KPI report for all truck promptly report for management.
  • To make the payment to related parties on time.

Job Requirement

  • Education/ Major: Bachelor or College degree
  • Experience: Have 1-2 years in Customer Service


  • Customer and performance oriented
  • Dynamic, pro-active, team oriented
  • Good communication, negotiation skill & problem solving ability.
