Work directly with Customer Service team, Logistics team in US to receive order and handle order.
Make booking with forwarder/carriers
Work on customer’s order: send out booking request, receive booking confirmation,
plan for warehouse loading, submit VGM/SI.
Send empty container plan for trucking service company.
Make sure empty container on time for warehouse loading.
Work with supplier on missing inventory.
Check when inventory will be available then plan outbound order accordingly.
Checking arising charges & solve issues during process
Working Location: VSIP 2, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong
Company bus pick up at Bien Hoa, Binh Duong, HCMC (Thu Duc, District 12, Binh Thanh, District 1...)

University graduate, major in Business Administration, International Economics
Over 1 year experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain
Proven track record of success measured by increased responsibility and attainment of prescribed objectives.
