Job Description


· To contribute toward the profitability of the business by ensuring the smooth running of the store and responsible departments serve both the internal customer (Sales Floor and Sales Force) and our external customers in an efficient and professional manner

· All operations must be achieved in accordance with relevant SOPs and other Working instructions


· Help store to achieve its targets for sales, profit, shrinkage, stock control and customer service by implementing the highest standards of daily basic management

· Execute Head Office (HO) strategies in a timely manner. Act as an information bridge between HO, store, customer and government bureaus/ consumer associations

· Assist Store General Manager (SGM) in negotiating contracts with external service providers such as Cleaning Company, Taxi Company, etc… and developing general initiatives to reduce costs and inefficiencies in store

· Develop employees’ skills by on the job coaching and implement succession planning within department


· Be responsible for Customer service Departments' performance with regards to commercial KPI results

· Achieve the desired level of service in store for both internal and external customers

· Assist SGM to forecast costs for store

· Ensure all company’s SOPs, National and Local government regulations are properly implemented in all departments of the store

· Ensure that all licenses and permits are renewed and up to date

· Ensure that all areas in store are clean & tidy

· Cross-functionally check all tasks of Main Cashier Department (Payment, Credit Debit, Cash & Reports) as well as control all items related to cost of Decoration, Maintenance, IT/ALC department

· Ensure that all the processes related to free gift, voucher, cash, customer service, customer complaint are being implemented with the highest level of operational standards

· Manage all external service providers (cleaning company, logistic service provider, etc.) by:

- Ensuring that the standard of service providers meets the minimum requirement as stated in the contract

- Benchmarking costs and working to reduce them via annual contract negotiations and/ or reduced consumption in store

· Work closely with Store Management team to build, develop and maintain the high level of customer service at store

· Act as duty manager when being assigned by SGM

Job Requirement

·       Bachelor degree or equivalent qualifications, preferably in Business, Economic or related discipline. (Must have)

·       2 years working in supervisory in both a sales environment and an environment where frequent contact to government bureaus whose job is to supervise the activity of retailers and wholesalers was required

·       Training / coaching and Time Management skills

·       Communication skills in both English and Vietnamese

·       Familiar with MS Office

·       Creativity and willing to learn to quickly adapt own knowledge to develop skills on other departments within the store

·       Self-disciplined with ability to work under stress

·       Ability to deal with internal & external stakeholders

·       Customer oriented, problem solving

·       Mature, calm, flexible, confident & assertive

·       Well organized & detail oriented, result oriented

·       Strong leadership skills
