Job Description

  • Lead the facility maintenance team and take fully responsible for all the jobs of M&E systems, office building facilities maintenance.
  • Setup all needed process/procedure, work instruction, regulation, maintenance plan which relevant to the office facility maintenance activities.
  • Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service orientation standards; resolving problems.
  • Researching, recommendation, establishing and implementing continuously process improvement plans, operation maintenance to achieve continuous efficient and effective result.
  • Annual goal setting and measure its efficiency. Analysis data to be identifies maintenance priorities by assessing operational/maintenance objectives
  • Meets maintenance financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; implementing corrective and preventive actions for improvement.
  • Work with Procurement to select the good supplier could adapt maintenance work and have KPI to review them regularly or after each job/contract.
  • Yearly review contractor’s performance and revising the work list. Always looking for the potential supplier/vendor to improve maintenance activities
  • Take in charge of spare part program to ensure always available part for repairing/maintenance and keeping stock in min/max level and needed parts.
  • Supervise vendors on maintenance works and coordinate relevant groups to handle incident response.
  • Implementation of the regulations on safety and fire protection of the building.
  • Closely working with HSE team to build new document of Risk Assessment, Safety Operation Instruction; Facility standard & yearly review. Do training to related people.
  • Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal codes and regulations.
  • Report direct to Security Manager and other jobs on the operation and maintenance periodically.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by higher level.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree related to electrical, automation electric, electronic; mechanical; heat and refrigeration
  • Minimum of 05 years in the office building operation and facility maintenance or related-industry experience with at least 03 years at the Leader or Manager levels.
  • Excellent problem solving, decision making and planning skills.
  • Good at communication and written English skills are an advantage.
  • Proven experience in customer service orientation, team working and coordination with other departments
  • Office fit-out, project management experience is required
  • Good at moral character, honesty, enthusiasm, carefully and high sense of responsibility in work.
